The Club's intention is to provide members with monthly events held on the last Thursday of each month. Events are held at varying times and we gauge response to morning, lunchtime and evening events - and member's feedback on their preferences is sought.
The Club does not hold events during July and August as these are the main months for holidays to be taken.
The Club organises a range of events to suit a wide audience and based on member feedback. Because the Club exists to serve its members needs, when you attend our events you will be asked for feedback on any other topics which you would prefer to receive. Our aim is to provide the Black Country construction industry with knowledge, information and examples of best practice that will help all to develop their personal, project and company performance.

We are expecting to bring together the 4 local authorities from the Black Country in an event where SME companies offering design, construction and maintenance services can meet the Local Authority people responsible for procurement and frameworks so that the SMEs can get a better picture of what is required to get work from these organizations and how they can better engage with them.

As part of the West Midlands - Constructing Our Future - event staged by WMCCE the Club will be repeating its highly successful event from 2007 when 290 local primary school children received the opportunity of a hands-on taste of what careers and opportunities in construction can offer them as future careers.

We are intending to stage the Career Factory event, deferred from May 2008, as well as hold our short AGM.
